Aziz v First Division Association (FDA) - no "continous act" back to 1999 to bring old allegations within time limit

This Court of Appeal judgment deals with a long-running saga between Miss Aziz and her employers the CPS, and her spin-off action against FDA. It upheld a tribunal ruling that the majority of her complaints against FDA, which went back to 1999, did not form part of a continous act and so were time barred. It was relevant but not conclusive that different individuals were involved throughout the time.
