Somerset County Council & Anor v Pike - choice of appropriate pool for comparison in Equal Pay cases

For equal pay purposes, any "pool" for comparison of advantage and disadvantage must suitably test the inequality complained of. An employment tribunal must identify the pool which best helps them make comparisons which answer the critical questions.
