Framlington Group Ltd & anor v Barnetson - the "without prejudice" rule - Court of Appeal 24.5.07

Mr Barnetson was Chief Operating Officer of Framlington. He claimed damages for wrongful dismissal and for other alleged breaches of his contract of employment - in particular he alleged that he had been promised share rights and a bonus which had never materialised. Framlington claimed that a document referring to these matters was inadmissible as evidence because it was "without prejudice".
