New ISG Ltd v Vernon and ors - TUPE and restrictive covenants - [2007] EWHC B14 (Ch), 14.11.07

5 sales staff employed by ISG Ltd (a recruitment agency for the rail industry) were bound by restrictive covenants in their employment contracts. ISG became insolvent, administrators were appointed and New ISG Ltd bought the business from the administrators. The 5 sales staff concerned left and took up employment with a competitor.
