Welsh v Stokes & Anor - hearsay evidence - Court of Appeal 27.7.07

Rule 14 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2004 states that tribunals are not bound by the strict rules of evidence. However it is well established that this does not mean such rules are to be totally disregarded. Cases such as this one, therefore, may be of assistance when considering hearsay evidence.
