Bartsch v Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte (BSH) Altersfürsorge GmbH - an age discriminatory rule in a particular pension scheme was lawful - ECJ 23.9.08
An ex-employee of the German firm Bosch had a pension from them. He died in 2004, some 2 years before Germany was obliged to implement the EU age discrimination rules provided for by Directive 2000/78 EC.
