Morrison v Hillcrest - extension of time

This case is authority for the proposition that in considering whether it is appropriate to grant an extension of time for an appeal from an employment tribunal to the EAT no additional latitude should be afforded to litigants in person compared to represented parties.

Sir Peter Gibson in the Court of Appeal (at paras 17 and 22) said:
