Chambers-Mills v Allied Bakeries - judge ordered strike-out in light of complete appreciation of claimant's non-cooperation

Strike out in light of claimant's unreasonable conduct in proceedings and failure to comply with tribunal orders (including in relation to a joint expert) was proper course for tribunal given that fair hearing became impossible.
