Société Generale, London Branch v Geys - can repudiation by an employer, not accepted by the employee, terminate an employment contract?

As the law stands, a repudiatory breach of contract by an employer which is not accepted by the employee can terminate the employee's status as an "employee" but cannot terminate his contract of employment.  The Court of Appeal suggests that this is a matter which requires reconsideration by the Supreme Court.
