Parkinson v Nursing and Midwifery Council - striking off from the list of those entitled to practise as nurses

The  test of whether a person has acted "dishonestly" is essentially a subjective test but depends on whether it would be credible for the "accused" to claim  "I did not know that anybody would regard what I was doing as dishonest".


Mr Parkinson appealed against an August 2009 decision of the Nursing and Midwifery Council's Fitness to Practise Panel directing that his name be erased from the register of those entitled to practise as nurses.
