Mullen v. Accenture Services Ltd - stress claim disallowed
An "ultra-sensitive" Employee's claim for psychiatric injury caused by stress at work will fail if the Employer was not in breach of the normal duty to take reasonable care and could not reasonably have been expected to foresee that the Employee's work would pose a real risk of harm to his health.
