Galloway v Barnet Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust - dismissal procedurally unfair but would happen anyway: by old sec 98A(2) it was fair

Where dismissal was for potentially fair reason, but was found procedurally unfair, and a tribunal was satisfied that with fair process it would have happened anyway, under the now-repealed ERA 1996 sec 98A(2) the tribunal should have made a finding of fair dismissal.
