Hall & Anor v Bull & Anor - same-sex couple turned away from hotel suffered sexual orientation discrimination

This case is not an employment law case. It is the judgment in the well-publicised matter where two men in a Civil Partnership were turned away from a Cornwall hotel run by a devoutly Christian couple on the grounds of their sexuality. 

Martin Hall & Steven Preddy succeeded in their claims of sexual orientation discrimination under the Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007, and were each awarded £1,800 compensation.
