Arrowsmith v Nottingham Trent University - tribunal was entitled to make costs award

Where an employment tribunal has, effectively, concluded that a claimant was lying, that will amount to unreasonable behaviour such as to support an award of costs. Whether to make such an award is a question to be decided in each individual case on its own facts, and other similar cases will not dictate that decision.
