HA and TD v Home Office - procedural fairness in tribunals

This case has nothing to do with employment law but has everything to do with "fairness" in tribunal procedure.  The case itself concerned an appeal against a ruling by the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal but the careful consideration given by the Court of Session to the application of fair rules, espcially the "overriding objective", may be useful to those concerned with employment tribunal proceedings.
