Williams v Lishman, Sidwell, Campbell & Price Ltd - limitation period in case of deliberate concealment

For purposes of the Limitation Act 1980, where a loss which completes a claimant's cause of action is deliberately concealed by a defendant, it ceases to be a 'fact relevant to the plaintiff's right of action' head of loss after another loss which the defendant has not deliberately concealed.
