Dr Singh is a research geneticist who worked at the Babraham Institute in Cambridgeand subsequently at the Roslin Institute He won an unfair dismissal claim against the latter in spite of the tribunal finding that he was arrogant, vain, rude, aggressive, a bully and overall, an extremely difficult individual to work for, work with and to manage. However he lost a claim of racial discrimination and victimisation.
