Oso v Newham University Hospital NHS Trust - tribunal's reasons for decision were completely clear - and not irrational

Court of Appeal refuses permission to appeal against judgment that fully made clear why the claimants lost.

Miss Oso and Miss Owoyemi brought proceedings against Newham University NHS Trust ("Newham NHS") for unfair dismissal and race discrimination - an employment tribunal dismissed their claims.
