Parekh v London Borough of Brent - certain fundamental details must be discernible by ET from claim form

An Employment Tribunal must be able to ascertain the nature of the claim before it, and whether it has jurisdiction to consider it, solely from the claim form document and any attachments to it.

Mr Parekh was dismissed by LB Brent from his job as school bursar on the grounds of capability. Before an employment tribunal he claimed unfair dismissal, sex and disability discrimination, with Brent resisting the claims.
