Oceanbulk Shipping & Trading SA v TMT Asia Ltd & Others - admissibility of without prejudice negotiations

The general rule is that "without prejudice" negotiations are not admissible as evidence in Court. There is an exception to this general rule where proper interpretation of the meaning of a settlement agreement requires disclosure of matters discussed during "without prejudice" negotiations which led to it.
