Cartwright v King's College, London - step 1 letter under the (now repealed) compulsory statutory dismissal procedure

The minimum information required of a step 1 letter under the now repealed 2004 compulsory Statutory Dismissal Procedure was that the letter must have informed the employee that he was at risk of dismissal. Implicit information to that effect must be obvious to a layman for it to be sufficient to remedy a failure to make such information explicit.
