Birmingham City Council v Abdulla & Ors - equal pay claims in High Court after ET deadline has expired

An employee can bring an equal pay claim in the civil courts (where there is a 6 year limitation period) even if that allows for the 6 month time limit for such claims in the Employment Tribunal to be completely circumvented.
