CJD v RBS - employer must establish misconduct and carry out fair and reasonable investigation

For misconduct dismissal, employer should establish reason or principal reason for dismissal was misconduct and carry out adequate and reasonable investigation

CJD worked as a customs services officer by RBS. An ET found that he had been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against on grounds of his sex. RBS successfully appealed and CJD appealed against that decision.
