Fox v British Airways Plc - Death in Service benefit payable even though death was post-termination

In certain specific circumstances, where (1) an employee is dismissed but then dies, missing out on a death in service benefit due to that dismissal, and (2) his estate can establish that the dismissal was unlawful, then the estate is entitled to recover the full value of the lost benefit.
