Fixed Term Workers will not be entitled to benefit from collective consultation where the expiry of their contracts relates to them as individuals

This case concerns the application of the duty to consult under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 in relation to fixed term employees who were dismissed on expiry of their contracts.
