Allaway - Fire Master v (1) Reilly (2) Lothian & Borders Fire Board - Requirements for naming an individual respondent [2007] EAT

Mr Reilly brought a sex discrimination claim against both the Fire Board and his manager, Mr Allaway. He alleged that Mr Allaway had treated him in a way he would not treat a woman. The tribunal refused to remove Mr Allaway as an individual respondent. He appealed.
