Mr Lambrou was employed by Cypriar Tours (CT), a subsidiary of Cyprus Airways (CA). He left CT on 30 September 2004 and brought a claim for constructive unfair dismissal based on four separate acts of CA. One of these was specifically mentioned in two e-mails sent to CA before his departure. The others were listed in his statement of case which was presented after the effective date of termination of the contract on 14th October 2004.
