Miller v Community Links Trust Ltd - Rejection of claim 9 seconds late [2007] EAT

Mr Miller sought to claim unfair dismissal. The claim was "submitted" on the ET website at 29:59:59 on the last day of the 3 month time limit. It was received at 00:00:08 - 9 seconds late. The Tribunal, finding that it was reasonably practicable to have presented the claim in time, rejected it. Mr Miller appealed.
