By the end of his employment tribunal hearing on 12 April 2007 Mr Nicholls had two objections. The first was about the way he considered Corin Tech had prepared their case against him. The second related to threats and abuse from Mr Currie, the owner of Corin, immediately afterwards outside the tribunal hearing room. Mr Nicholls therefore brought further proceedings, alleging disability discrimination by way of victimisation, based on these objections.
