Varma v North Cheshire NHS Trust - Employment tribunal's failure to find "bad faith" on part of employer was completely reasonable [2008] EAT

Having lost his claims for discrimination and constructive dismissal before an employment tribunal, Dr Varma was partially successful on appeal [1]. The EAT remitted his constructive dismissal case to a fresh employment tribunal to consider questions of whether the wrong disciplinary procedures had been used.
