Jennifer has particular expertise in advising on the pension aspects of staff transfers involving public sector or former public sector staff. She advises administering authorities, scheme employers, NHS bodies and private sector contractors on a range of matters including admission agreements, NHS Directions and the requirements of New Fair Deal and clients benefit from her understanding of the issues on both sides.

Jennifer regularly advises employer clients on matters such as managing obligations on business sales, negotiating pension clauses of commercial contracts, making changes to pension benefits and managing liabilities in and exit from the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Jenny is also adviser to trustee clients in relation to their occupational pension schemes including funding discussions, liability management exercises and general guidance to trustees on their duties and responsibilities.
